1) How do I care for my flowers

Flowers are delicate natural products that react quickly to external weather conditions as well as to the indoor environment, such as climate changes, air conditioning and extreme heat.
To ensure that your flowers retain their freshness and last long, we recommend that you follow some simple measures. These measures include regular watering, placing them in a sheltered location out of heat and direct sunlight, recutting the stems at a 45 degrees angle every 2 days (for bouquets). For bouquets, you can change the water regularly to avoid the build up of bacteria or moulds and to keep the flowers fresh.

2) Delivery Times

Our delivery times are as follows:

Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
Sat  9am-2pm
Sun & Public Holidays (except Mother's Day) closed (order will be delivered the following day)

Delivery out of hours will attract an additional surcharge. Please call to confirm PRIOR to placing order.

 
3) Urgent Same Day Deliveries
 
For urgent same day deliveries on orders placed after 4pm Mon-Fri or after 12MD on Saturday, kindly ring to confirm delivery will be possible prior to placing order.

4) Personal information and Your Privacy

Please ensure contact details are provided in the form of valid e-mail addresses and telephone/mobile phone numbers. This will ensure we are able to contact you should there be any problems with the delivery of your flowers. We do not release your personal information to any third parties without your consent. For further information regarding your privacy, please see our Privacy Statement.

5) When flowers are not available

We endeavor to provide you with flower arrangements that completely match what is pictured on the order. However, flower availability is subject to seasonal variation and on occasion, the required flowers are not available. In this case, we will substitute flowers of equal or higher value, as closely matching to the colour schemes as depicted in the original order design. This will not adversely affect the quality or presentation of the final product. If you have concerns regarding this, please do not hesitate to contact us to discuss the flower availability prior to placing your order.
 
6) Cancellation of Orders and Our Refund Policy
 
Once an order has been placed, it is our responsibilty to ensure it is delivered according to the details of the order. If you wish to cancel the order, it is your responsibility to inform us as early as possibile.

Cancellations received MORE THAN 48h prior to delivery, there is no charge
Cancellations received 24-48h prior to delivery will incur a $10 administration charge
Cancellations less than 24h prior to delivery will incur a cancellation fee of 40% of the order value
We cannot cancel orders that are already prepared and/or with the courier

Refunds will be provided back to the credit card, EFTPOS or cash, depending on how the order was originally placed.
